The notification for the EPFO Assistant recruitment is expected to be released soon. Candidates across the country will be applying for the post. You need to have a degree from a recognized university to apply for the same and should be a minimum of 20 years old. In order to prepare for the exam well, it is important to understand the EPFO Assistant selection process 2024. The Selection Process for EPFO Assistant is expected to be held in two phases:

Phase 1- Preliminary Exam

The Preliminary Exam is the first step of the EPFO Assistant selection process. Candidates need to qualify in this exam to be able to give the Mains exam which is Phase 2 of the selection process. Marks obtained in the preliminary exam will not be considered for final merit. There will be a negative marking of 1/4th of the mark for every wrong answer. It will have three tests and will be of a duration of 1 hour carrying 100 marks. All the papers except the English Language will be bilingual.

Phase 2 – Mains Exam

The second phase of the EPFO Assistant Selection Process is the Mains Examination. The candidates who get qualified in the first phase can give the Mains Exam. The EPFO Assistant Mains exam 2024 is expected to be of 230 marks with a duration of 2 hours 45 minutes based on the exam pattern of the previous year.
