What is SSC JHT Recruitment?
SSC JHT is a national-level exam conducted by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) for recruitment to the posts of Junior Hindi Translators in various ministries/ departments of the Government of India. SSC JHT Eligibility Criteria 2023
Candidates must meet the requirements for the position in order to apply for SSC JHT. The eligibility criteria according to SSC JHT are provided below.
SSC JHT Nationality
Candidates applying for SSC Junior Hindi Translator must be:
- An Indian citizen, or
- A subject of Bhutan, or
- A subject of Nepal, or
- A Tibetan refugee (came to India before January 01, 1962), or
- A person of Indian origin (who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries,
- Vietnam, etc. with the intention of permanent settlement in India.

The steps to apply for the SSC JHT exam are given below:
Step 1: Go to the official website of SSC.
Step 2: Then in the login section click on ‘Register Now.
