Marks Calculation For MP Police Constable Results 2023

  • There will be three phases of the exam- Written-test, Physical Proficiency test, Trade/Driving Test.
  • Paper 1 and Paper 2 altogether will be of 200 marks.

MP Police Constable Normalization Process

The normalization process is adopted If the examination is conducted across multiple shifts. This is done as the selection chances differ as per the difficulty level across various shifts. A situation of unfair advantage may arise for some students, hence the marks obtained are converted using the normalization formula.   • Mgt = is the average marks of the top 0.1% of the candidates considering all shifts
  • Mgq = is the sum of mean and standard deviation marks of the candidates in the paper
  • Mti = is the average marks of the top 0.1% of the candidates in the ith shift
  • Miq = is the sum of the mean marks and standard deviation of the i”shift
