The Civil Services Examination (UPSC CSE) is administered by the Union Public Service Commission in three stages: preliminary, main, and personality test (PT). UPSC Question Paper 2019 Prelims
One qualifying exam, the UPSC Prelims, consists of two objective-style question papers. In this case, candidates must attempt the CSAT test in the afternoon and the GS I paper in the morning. Two hours are allocated for both papers, with a total score of 200 marks. However, a 33% score on the CSAT paper is sufficient to qualify, whereas candidates must meet their category’s cut-off on the GS paper.

UPSC Question Paper 2019 Mains
There are nine overall papers in the UPSC CSE Mains test. Candidates get three hours to respond to questions of this type, which are typically broken up into two portions. Two of the nine papers are qualifying in kind, and the other seven are taken into consideration for the final merit list.

Compared to prior years, the UPSC Question Paper 2019 for preliminary exams was noticeably longer. The UPSC Prelims Question Paper 2019 was rather challenging overall.
