Post Description : The State Council of Educational Research and Training released the SCERT DELED Application Form 2024 on the official website,  scertdelhiadmission.nic.in on April 25, 2024. Candidates having the basic eligibility can complete the SCERT DELED Online Registration till May 15, 2024. The eligible candidates can also make edits in the SCERT DELED Application Form 2024 from 17 May to 19 May, 2024. Candidates qualifying for the SCERT DELED 2024 Exam will be considered for admission to 2 year Diploma course.

SCERT DELED 2024 Eligibility

The SCERT DELED 2024 Eligibility should be checked by the candidates to get an idea if they are eligible to participate in the examination process. The following section can be checked to know about the minimum age limit, educational qualification and other details.

SCERT DELED Age Limit 2024

The upper age limit of the candidate applying for the SCERT DELED 2024 exam should not be more than 24 years as of 30 September, 2024. There is no mention of a minimum age limit for the exam. Also, there will be an age relaxation applicable for 5 years for candidates who belong to SC/ST/PWD categories.

SCERT DELED Educational Qualification 2024

• Candidates going to appear for the SCERT DELED 2024 Exam must have qualified for the 12th exam with atleast 50% marks from a recognised board in any stream
• A five percent relaxation in the qualifying marks is applicable for the candidates who belong to reserved categories
• Candidates applying under Urdu/Punjabi language, as teaching subject, shall be required to include marks in Urdu/Punjabi, while calculating total marks in both Secondary and Senior Secondary Exams

Candidates having the basic eligibility can apply for the SCERT DELED Online Form 2024 from 25 April to 15 May, 2024. Apart from this, the candidates will also be able to make edits in the application form from 17 May to 19 May, 2024.

Steps to Apply for SCERT DELED 2024

The SCERT DELED Application Form 2024 has to be filled in online mode by the eligible candidates. The application form will have two sections, online registration and filling out the SCERT DELED Online Form 2024. Step 1: Visit the official website of SCERT, Delhi, scertdelhi.admissions.nic.in

Step 2: Click on the SCERT DELED Application Form 2024 link on the homepage

Step 3: Now, complete the SCERT DELED 2024 Registration form filling in the details as asked on the homepage

Step 4: Enter details like candidate’s name, parent’s name, date of birth, gender, contact details, choose password, and enter Security Pin

Step 5: Submit the details and then generate the registration ID and password

Step 6: Log in to the official dashboard using the registration ID and password followed by the captcha code

Step 7: Enter your educational qualification, 12th marks, and 10th marks along with the subjects

Step 8: Upload the documents on the dashboard i.e. signature and candidate’s photograph in the prescribed format

Step 9: Finally, pay the SCERT DELED Application Fee and then save it on the dashboard for future reference. Submit the application form on the dashboard and then take its printout for the future reference

SCERT DELED Application Fee 2024

As per the official SCERT DELED 2024 Notification, the application fee for the unreserved category is Rs 500. Whereas, the same is Rs 250 for the reserved category and this fee is non-refundable. Candidates have to pay the SCERT DELED Application Fee in the online mode using any of the payment methods.

Documents Required for SCERT DELED Application Form 2024

1. Class 10 Certificate: This document verifies the candidate’s completion of Class 10 education and typically includes details such as the candidate’s name, date of birth, and examination passed.
2. Class 12 Certificate: Similar to the Class 10 Certificate, this document confirms the candidate’s completion of Class 12 education and contains relevant details about the candidate’s academic qualifications.
3. Bachelor’s Degree Certificate: Candidates need to provide a certificate or mark sheet verifying their bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
4. Caste Certificate: Candidates belonging to reserved categories (such as SC/ST/OBC) need to submit a caste certificate issued by the competent authority.
5. Category Certificate: This certificate may be required for candidates applying under special categories such as ex-servicemen or sports quota. It verifies the candidate’s eligibility under the specified category.
6. Employment Details: Candidates may need to provide information about their employment status or previous work experience, if applicable.
7. Physically Disability Certificate: Candidates with disabilities need to submit a certificate issued by a competent medical authority confirming their disability status.
8. Scanned Copies of Signature and Photograph: Candidates need to upload scanned copies of their signature and photograph in the specified format. The size of each file should be less than 100 KB.

• Edit Facility Period: The SCERT DELED Application Form edit facility will be available for candidates from May 17 to May 19, 2024.
• Mode of Edit: Candidates can make necessary edits in the SCERT DELED Online Form 2024 only through the online mode.
• Editable Fields: Candidates can edit only specific fields allowed by the competent authorities. These include:
