PSTET Previous Year Question Paper

PSTET, or Punjab State Teacher Eligibility Test, is an essential exam for aspiring teachers in Punjab, India. The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) conducts the exam, and it is held once a year. The PSTET exam is conducted in two levels, Paper-I and Paper II.

Paper-I is for those candidates who want to become teachers for classes I to V, while Paper II is for those who wish to become teachers for classes VI to VIII. Candidates can also appear for both papers if they are interested in teaching at both levels.

The PSTET exam is a multiple-choice question-based exam, and candidates must score at least 60% marks to pass the exam. The exam consists of 150 questions, and candidates have to complete it within a time frame of two and a half hours.

The PSEB released the eligibility criteria for PSTET 2023, and candidates need to fulfill the requirements to be able to appear for the exam. Candidates who have completed their graduation with at least 50% marks and their B.Ed. from a recognized university can apply for PSTET 2023. The age limit for Punjab TET exam is 18 to 37 years, and there is age relaxation for candidates belonging to reserved categories.
