Indian Navy SSC Executive IT Training
Rank:
- Candidates will be inducted into the rank of Sub Lieutenant.
Training Duration and Location:
- Candidates will undergo a six-week Naval Orientation Course at the Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala.
- Subsequent professional training will be provided at Naval Ships and training establishments as per extant regulations.
Eligibility for Training:
- Only unmarried candidates are eligible for training.
- Any candidate found to be married or married during training will be discharged from service. They will also be liable to refund full pay & allowances drawn and other expenditures incurred on them by the Government.
Consequences of Withdrawal or Resignation:
- If an officer voluntarily withdraws from initial training or resigns during the probationary period, they shall be required to refund the cost of training in whole or in part, as determined by the Government.
- The officer will also be required to refund the entire money received as pay & allowances from the Government, along with interest calculated at the rate in force for Government loans.
