RITES Age Limits 2023:
All the candidates applying for the engineering posts must also fulfill the age limit as stated by RITES in its official notification. The candidate’s age should not be more than 40 years (as of 1st November 2023) i.e. candidates born on or after 1st November 1980 are eligible to apply for this post.

RITES Recruitment 2023: Exam Pattern & Selection Process
All the applications received shall be screened and shortlisted candidates will be called for a written test. Based on the performance of candidates in the written test, they will be called for a personal interview.
Final selection of candidates shall be done based on the following weightage parameters:
- Experience – 5%
- Written test – 60%
- Interview – 35% (Technical proficiency – 25% & Personality communication – 10%)
The candidates will also have the option to choose the interview language i.e. Hindi / English.
The appointment of selected candidates is solely dependent upon their medical fitness fulfillment as per the company’s policy.
