The candidate must have passed SSC/Matriculation/10th class examination or its equivalent (under 10+2 examination system) with minimum 50% marks, in aggregate, from recognized Board and must have
passed ITI in relevant trade issued by NCVT/SCVT recognized by Government of India.TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:-ITI certificate/ National Trade Certificate affiliated to NCVT / SCVT is compulsory in relevant trade as under:-

NOTE:-
1. The Applicants whose SSC / Matriculation/ 10th and ITI results are awaited as on the Date of
Notification i.e. 10.11.2023 are not eligible to apply.
2. The Applicants failed in ITI should not apply, in case any failed Applicants is engaged
inadvertently, he/she will be terminated summarily from apprenticeship training without any
further notice and stipend will be recovered with interest.
3. Engineering Graduates and Diploma holders are not eligible to apply for Apprenticeship in
response to this notification as they are governed by a separate scheme of Apprenticeship

Part of online application process as under:-
- Complete filling the online application in all respects at RRC-NCR’s website
www.rrcpryj.org - After ensuring the correctness of the particulars of the application form, Applicants are required to pay fees through the payment gateway integrated with the online application. No change/edit will be allowed thereafter.
- The payment can be made by using Debit Card / Credit Card / Internet Banking etc. by providing information as asked on the screen. Transaction charges for online payment, if any, will be borne by the Applicants.
- Once the payment is successfully done, Applicants will be redirected to RRC-NCR’s website to complete the application process and download the application form.
- In case the Applicants makes the payment and faces any issues like loss of internet connection due to which the Applicant is unable to download the application though the fee amount has been deducted from their Account/Debit/Credit Card, please click on “Verify Payment” button to reconfirm the same from the Payment gateway.
- In case after completing the Registration process, the online transaction is not successfully completed, please login again and make the online payment again. Duplication, in payment, if any will be refunded on verifying the same
MEDICAL FITNESS & PHYSICAL STANDARDS:-
- Selected candidates called For Documents Verification will have to submit Medical Certificates in the prescribed Proforma enclosed at Annexure “H”. The Medical Certificate should be signed by Government authorized Doctor (Gaz), not below the rank of Assistant Surgeon of Central/State Hospital.

Those PwBD candidates who have more than one Disability will be treated as Multiple Disability (MD).
MODE OF SELECTION:-
- Selection of the eligible Applicants for imparting training under the Apprentice Act, 1961 will be based on the merit list which would be prepared taking the average of the percentage of marks obtained by the Applicants in both Matriculation [with minimum 50% (aggregate) marks] and ITI examination giving equal weight age to both.
- Short listed candidates, thus enlisted, will be called for document/ certificate verification to the extent of 1.5 times of the notified vacancies.
- In case of two applicant having the same marks, the applicants having older age shall be preferred. In case the dates of birth are also same, then the· Applicants who passed matriculation exam earlier shall be considered first. There will be no written test or viva.
- Final merit list will be prepared Unit wise, Trade wise & Community wise equal to the number of slots in the descending order of percentage of marks obtained by the candidate.
- Applicants need not send any copies of application / certificates / documents to RRC-NCR by post but have to upload the same online.
