NFL Management Trainee & Account Assistant 2023 : Age Limit as on 31/10/2023

The National Fertilizer Limited (NFL) has specified age criteria for different positions in their recruitment process. SELECTION PROCEDURE for Engagement of Management Trainees in NFL-2023 :

Offline OMR-Based Examination:

  • Candidate eligibility is provisional based on the information in their online application.
  • Admit cards for the OMR-based test will be issued with test details and guidelines.
  • Candidates must download their admit cards from the official website; no physical copies will be sent.
  • Test centers will be in various cities, and candidates must select preferences.
  • NFL may allocate a different center than the preference, and candidates must make their own travel arrangements.
  • The OMR-based test will have two parts: Discipline-related and Aptitude-related.
  • It will be in Hindi and English, with a duration of 2 hours and 150 questions (100 related to the discipline and 50 on general topics).
  • There is no negative marking for wrong answers.

Personal Interview:

  • Eligible candidates based on the OMR-based test will be provisionally called for interviews.
  • Call letters for interviews will be available on the NFL website, and candidates will be informed via SMS and email.
  • Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria during interviews and possess all required documents.
  • Travel expenses to the interview venue will be reimbursed.

Final Selection:

  • Merit lists will be created for different categories.
  • The selection process combines OMR-based test results (80%) and personal interview performance (20%).

  • SC/ST/OBC(EWS) candidates can compete under the general category without relaxation.
  • PwBD and ExSM candidates may be considered against reserved vacancies.

Appointment & Placement:

  • Candidature is provisional and subject to verification of credentials at the time of document verification.
  • Candidates will be initially posted in the chosen Unit but may be transferred to other units/offices/joint ventures based on organizational requirements.
  • They should be willing to serve anywhere in India.
  • Selected candidates may need to work in rotating shifts round the clock.
  • They will require a Medical Fitness Certificate and character verification.
