CEL Notification 2023 Application Fee:
- Candidates need to pay a non-refundable Bank Draft of Rs. 500/- drawn in favor of Central Electronics Limited, payable at Ghaziabad. However, candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwD categories are exempted from paying the application fee.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 20 years in the areas of work.
- Specifics: The candidate should be a person retired from Govt./PSUs who have worked in IDA grade of Rs.80,000-3%- 2,20,000 and above OR equivalent CDA grades and above.
Experience Requirements
- Mandatory:
- R&D background with involvement in design, development, customer requirement analysis, involvement in customer trials with clients in defence/non-defence sectors.
- Expertise in managing collaborative R&D projects covering MOU’s, teaming agreements, NDA’s, multi-site developments with R&D institutions like IIT’s, IIIT’s etc.
- Capability to provide consultancy in steering projects from user requirements to customer acceptance.
- Preferable:
- Microwave component testing including knowledge on radar, antennas etc.
- Familiarity with applicable mandatory standards of government like IEEE etc.
- Knowledge of modern requirement of Indian defence forces with regard to digitization, C4I, UAV etc.
