AP EAPCET 2024 Application Fee

Eligible candidates are required to pay AP EAPCET application fee 2024 either online via credit card/ debit card/ net banking or offline via cash at AP online/ TS online test centers. AP EAMCET application fee 2024 has been tabulated in the table below:

How to Fill AP EAPCET (EAMCET) Application Form 2024?

All the applicants are instructed to read the user guide before filling AP EAPCET Application Form 2024. The user guide explains the main steps to be followed to complete the registration in detail. Candidates need to visit the official website at sche.ap.nic.in/EAMCET to fill the application form.

Step 1- Fee Payment for AP EAPCET 2024

• Make the required payment to access AP EAPCET Application Form 2024.
• Candidates are required to pay the processing fee including all the taxes to complete the payment procedure.
• After clicking on it, the candidate will be redirected to a new screen.
• Fill in all the personal details- Candidate’s Name, DOB, Mobile No. etc.

• After filling in all the fields click on the ‘Initiate Payment’ tab.
• You will be redirected to ‘BANK PAYMENT GATEWAY’.
• Choose the mode of payment for AP EAPCET Registration.

Modes of AP EAPCET Application Fee Payment

• Mode 1: AP Online/E-Seva/Mee-Seva Centres – The candidate opting for this mode is required to visit the nearest AP Online Center. The following information needs to be provided at the center:
  • Admit Card of Class XII Exam (CBSE, ICSE etc)
  • Candidate’s father name
  • Candidate’s DOB (Class X certificate)
  • Admit Card of Class X Examination
  • Mobile number
  • Stream appearing for- Engineering or Agriculture.

Note: Upon successful payment, candidates will receive the Registration fee payment receipt containing a Transaction ID from the payment center.

• Mode 2: Credit Card/Debit Card
  • Fill in all the mandatory details and make payment.
  • Also, before that, they are required to thoroughly go through the instruction booklet and then make the payment.
  • After successful payment, a Transaction ID will be generated on the screen.
  • Note it down and then proceed with the “Application Form” filling process.
  • Acceptable Debit/ Credit Cards are Mastercard/Visa/Maestro.

Note: Candidates should not refresh or press the back button while the payment is being processed. The confirmation of successful payment of Registration Fee is shown with the “Transaction is successful” message in the below web page “Payment Status” along with Reference ID and Transaction ID.

Step 2- Fill Details in AP EAPCET Application Form

• Candidates successfully paying application fee, can then proceed to fill the form.
• Before getting access to it, four fields namely Transaction ID, Qualifying Examination Hall Ticket No., Mobile No. and DOB have to be filled.
• Click the ‘Proceed to Fill Application’ tab.
• Candidates will then be redirected to a new webpage where they are required to fill all the fields.

Step 3: Download the filled AP EAPCET Application Form 2024

• After filling in all the information, candidates can then submit AP EAPCET Application Form 2024.
• After submitting the form, save and download the final copy of the document.
• The final form will appear on the screen along with the registration number.
• Click the “Download Filled In Application Form” tab to download the form.
• Candidates have to take a print out of the same for future references.

While filling AP EAPCET Application Form 2024, there are few things that one should keep in mind before starting the process:

AP EAPCET (EAMCET) Registration Details: Important Documents

• AP Online Transaction ID/Credit Card or Debit Card transaction details
• Hall ticket Number of the Qualifying Examination
• Scanned images of photograph and signature
• Date of Birth, Birth District, Birth State
• Aadhaar Card details
• Details of qualifying examination appeared or appearing
• Local Status (SVU/AU/OU/Non-local)
• Admit card number of SSC or equivalent examination Certificate
• Income of Parents (Income up to INR1.0 lakh or up to INR2.0 lakhs)
• Academic detail
• Category(SC, ST, or any other backward caste) and application number of the Caste Certificate (in case of SC/ST only)

AP EAPCET Application Form 2024: Document Specifications

In particular, there are 2 major documents that need to be uploaded in the form. They are- candidate’s Photograph and signature. The specifications for the same is tabulated below:

Language Option

• Candidates choosing the Medium of Instruction at Qualifying Exam as “URDU” can avail the facility of an URDU TRANSLATOR.
• But it is informed that they will be allotted ‘KURNOOL’ as the exam center of AP EAPCET 2024.

AP EAPCET Exam Center Preference

• Candidates are suggested that they should fill the form as soon as possible.
• The reason being, AP EAPCET Exam Center will be allotted on a first come first serve basis.
• At maximum, 3 choices can be made for preferred exam centers while filling the application form for EAPCET 2023

Retrieving AP EAPCET Application Number and Password

Facility to get AP EAPCET Application Number or Password if Lost / Forgot is available Online. Use “Forgot Registration Number” Link to get AP EAPCET Registration Number if lost. The process to retrieve the registration number is as follows:

• Step 1: Open AP EAPCET Portal and Click on Forgot Registration Number Link
• Step 2: Enter Transaction ID: a). In Case of Payment is through Credit Card /Debit Card, enter the Reference ID; b). AP Online /TS Online /Through Payment Gateway has to enter the Transaction ID
• Step 3: Enter ‘Qualifying Exam Hall Ticket No.’ and ‘SSC Hall Ticket No.’
• Step 4: Click ‘Submit’ button
• Step 5: AP EAPCET 2024 Registration Number will be Displayed on Screen
• Step 6: View, Save, Print and Download AP EAPCET 2024 Registration Number

Note:

In case a candidate has forgotten their password, click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link and enter application number and email address. A link to change the password will be sent to candidates’ registered email address.

How to Check AP EAPCET Application Form Status?

• After completing AP EAPCET 2024 Registration, track the status of application by visiting the official website.
• AP EAPCET 2024 base is updated every 72 hours (3 days).
• On the official website, there is a link “Track Application Status” to check the status, enter the application form number, and password and enter CAPTCHA code.
• Click “Track” to obtain the status of application.
