SSC JE 2024 Nationality
Before submitting the application form, candidates must carefully understand the SSC JE 2024 Eligibility Criteria. They must meet any of the following nationality criteria specified below:
- Citizen of India, or
- The subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or
- A Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1 January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
- Indian who migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
Additionally, candidates who require a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India can apply for the examination, but employment offers will only be made after the candidate obtains the necessary eligibility certificate.
