Graduating from an Indian institution and completing the ICAI final test are prerequisites. The applicant must be an ICAI Associate member and must supply their registration certificate for validation.


Get a bachelor’s in technology in computer science, information technology, or semiconductors. Applicants with an MCA or MSC in computer science are also encouraged to apply.

LIC AAO (Actuarial)

A degree in any field from an Indian university that is respected. The aspirant must have successfully completed papers CT1 and CT5, as well as four or more additional exams administered by the Institute of Actuaries of India or the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, UK. Additionally, nominees need to be participants in the same.

LIC AAO (Rajbhasha)

  • English is one of the disciplines required for a postgraduate master’s degree in Hindi/Hindi interpretation at the undergraduate level. or
  • Hindi is one of the disciplines required for a postgraduate master’s degree in English at the undergraduate level. or
  • Sanskrit as a concentration in the master’s degree, with Hindi and English as minors.
  • Applicants ought to be aware that only those who meet the eligibility requirements listed above would be permitted to sit for the LIC AAO exam.
  • No applicant who does not meet the necessary academic requirements for the LIC AAO recruiting 2022 may submit an application. In some circumstances, individuals should present sufficient documentation of their academic credentials and classification certifications.

LIC AAO Selection Criteria

Preliminary Test

Main Exam

Medical test

Dependency of final merit

Depending on the participant’s performance in the main exam and interview, the final merit is announced.


Individuals who apply for LIC AAO employment will be hired for a year of probation. Two years may be added to this probationary period. Aspirants should be aware that they won’t be employed by the company permanently until their probationary period comes to an end.

Guarantee Bond

Individuals who are ultimately chosen for the position of AAO at LIC are required to sign a guaranteed contract with the insurance carrier committing to work there for a minimum period of four years. The applicant could be required to pay Rs. 5,00,000 to the Life Insurance Corporation of India if they don’t comply with this requirement.
