AP Intermediate Registration 2024
BIEAP will release the AP intermediate registration form 2024 on the official website bie.ap.gov.in. Students are advised to submit their registration forms within the time specified by the board and must fill up the forms under the guidance of school authorities. Moreover, the students are requested to go through the important instructions regarding AP Inter 2nd year registration before filling up the AP intermediate registration form.
AP Intermediate Hall Ticket 2024
Andhra Pradesh Board will release the hall tickets for the intermediate theory exams tentatively in February 2024. The hall tickets will be available for download on the official website bieap.apcfss.in. The following are the steps to download AP intermediate exam hall tickets from the official website: Step 1: Visit the official website – bieap.apcfss.in. Step 2: Click on the link ‘Download Theory Hall Tickets March 2024’. Step 3: Enter your exam roll number or first year hall ticket number, name, or date of birth in the respective fields. Step 4: Fill in the captcha code and click submit. Step 5: AP inter hall tickets will be downloaded. Take a printout of the hall ticket.
AP Intermediate Exam Pattern 2024
There are seven sections in the AP Intermediate class 12 examination. Students must secure a minimum of 35% marks per subject to pass AP intermediate exams. The examinations are to be conducted for a total of 3 hours. The subjects in AP intermediate board are divided into following categories: Subjects with maximum marks 100: English, Optional Languages (Telugu, Hindi, Sanskrit, French, Urdu, Arabic, Tamil, Kannada, Oriya, Marathi), Commerce, Economics, Civics, History, Geology, Home Science, Sociology, Logic, Public Administration and Psychology. Subjects with maximum marks 75: Maths and Geography Subjects with maximum marks 60: Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, and Botany Subjects with maximum marks 50: Music COMMERCE STREAM: There is a different grading structure for all seven sections in BIEAP Class 12th Commerce examination as is pointed above. The maximum and minimum marks allotted for a section are 20 and 10 respectively. The marking scheme of BIEAP Class 12 Commerce examination is given below:

SCIENCE STREAM: The exam duration for BIEAP Class 12 is three hours. The total marks allocated for the examination is 100 – 60 marks for theory paper and 40 marks for the practical assessment. Students preparing for AP inter exam need a clear understanding of the basic concepts of every subject. The theory paper of Physics, Chemistry, and Botany and Zoology includes three types of questions-
- Very short answer type questions – 2 marks each
- Short answer type questions – 4 marks each
- Long answer type questions – 8 marks each
AP Intermediate Marking Scheme 2024
A candidate must obtain minimum of 40 marks in order to pass the examination.
- For subjects which do not have any practical exams, the passing marks are 30% of the total marks.
- For subjects which have practical exams, the passing marks are 30% for the theory part and 40% for the practical part.
- In order to pass the board examinations, students need to qualify both the theory and the practical part separately.

AP Intermediate Grace Marks Criteria
AP Board follows the below criteria to award grace marks to the students:
- The grace marks will be 5%, 4% and 3% of the maximum marks for papers respectively for A, B and C grade.
- Preference will be for attaining a minimum mark for becoming ‘Eligible’ i.e, grade D+.
- Also, students who have 75% aggregate marks but need less than 10% to pass in one subject are awarded with the grace marks.
AP Intermediate Syllabus 2024
Both the Secondary and the Intermediate board regulate AP SSC and AP Intermediate Syllabus every five years. Students can download AP intermediate syllabus online in the form of pdf files from the official website. Students can also download the pdf of subject-wise syllabus for all subjects which are available online. AP inter syllabus consists of three major streams: Science, Language and Arts/ Humanities, which are classified on the basis of core subjects.
