  • Husserl’s Phenomenology: Theory of Essences, Method Stay away from psychologism.
  • Existentialism (Kierkegaard, Sartre, Heidegger): Time and Temporality; Being-in-the-World and Authentic Existence; Existence and Essence.
  • Quine and Strawson: Theory of Basic Particulars and Persons; Critique of Empiricism.
  • Carvaka: Knowledge Theory; Denunciation of Transcendent Entities.
  • Jainism: Liberation and Bondage, Saptabhanginaya, Theory of Reality.
  • Buddhist schools include Ksanikavada, Nairatmyavada, and Pratyasamutpada.
  • Theories of Categories, Appearance, Pramana, Self, Liberation, God, Proofs of God’s Existence, Causation, and Atomistic Theory of Creation are among the works of Nyaya—Vaiesesika.

MPSC Philosophy Exam Pattern 2024

The MPSC Philosophy Exam Pattern 2024 is available for candidates to review in the table below. The examination format comprises the quantity of questions, length of the test, requirements, paper type, and media.
