SBI PO 2023 Selection Process
The written tests for preliminary and main consideration are part of the SBI PO Recruitment 2023 selection process, along with a group discussion and personal interview. The SBI PO Prelims Exam is a qualifying exam, and the results will not be taken into account for the final selection.
Candidates’ Phase II scores (out of 250 total points) are converted to 75 points, and their Phase III scores (out of 50 total points) are transformed to 25 points. Phase II and Phase III converted marks are added together (out of 100) to create the final merit list. The best candidates based on merit in each area will be chosen.

SBI PO 2023 Prelims Exam Pattern
The one-hour computer-based written SBI PO Prelims test will include questions covering Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, and English in the format listed below. The SBI PO Prelims Test has a total of 100 possible points. To be eligible to take the Mains Exam, students must pass the preliminary exam.
The SBI PO Pre Exam will include a 1/4th negative marking. Those who score ten times as many as available spots in the SBI PO Prelims Exam will be eligible to move on to the SBI PO Mains Exam. Both the SBI PO Mains Exam and the SBI PO Prelims will have no sectional cutoff.

SBI PO 2023 Mains Exam Pattern
SBI PO Mains’ written exam included both objective and subjective questions. The goal paper covers the following topics: reasoning, computer aptitude, analysis and interpretation, general/economic/banking awareness, and English proficiency. The SBI PO Mains Written Exam consists of composing essays and letters in the English language. The subjective essay or letter writing assignment has a 30-minute time limit and is worth fifty marks.
There will be a 1/4th negative marking in the objective section of the SBI PO Mains Exam 2023. The entire exam takes three hours to complete. Three times as many candidates as there are positions available will be contacted after passing the SBI PO Mains Exam and being selected for the SBI PO Interview/Group Discussion.
