• Higher Education Certificates/Degree Certificate/Statement of Marks, if any.

• Certificates/documents in support of claim of SC/ ST/ OBC/ EWS/ PwBD/ ESM in proper format as given in Annexures.
• OBC candidates must bring a valid Non-creamy layer Certificate issued by a competent authority.
• EWS candidates are required to submit an Income and Asset Certificate issued by a competent authority in the prescribed format.
• Ex-serviceman candidates are required to bring a Discharge Certificate.
• A ‘No-objection Certificate’ (NOC).
• Two recent coloured photographs (size 4.5 x 3.5 Cms)
