The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has announced the 2024 results for ICSE ISC Class 10th and 12th today i.e. on May 6. The exams concluded on March 28 for Class 10 and April 3 for Class 12.
In a significant update for students, CISCE Chief Executive Joseph Emmanuel said that the board has decided to discontinue the compartment examinations for ICSE and ISC from 2024 onwards.
In 2023, the pass percentage for Class 10 was 98.94 percent, while for Class 12, it was 96.93 percent. Girls outperformed boys in both Class 10 and Class 12 exams. For Class 10, the pass percentage for girls was 99.21 percent, compared to 98.71 percent for boys. In Class 12, the pass percentage for girls was 98.01 percent, while for boys, it was 95.96 percent.
CISCE ISC ICSE Result 2024 Live Updates: Steps To Access
- Visit the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) website at cisce.org or results.cisce.org.
- Click on the ICSE or ISC result link, depending on which examination you appeared for.
- You will be prompted to enter your Unique ID, Index Number, and Security Code displayed on the screen. Provide these details accurately.
- Sign in to access your board exam results.
- Once the results are declared, CISCE will provide an option for students to request re-checking or re-evaluation of their answer sheets.
- For re-checking, students will need to submit a fee of Rs 1,000 per paper, while for re-evaluation, the fee is Rs 1,500 per paper.
- The option to apply for re-checking or re-evaluation will be available on the council’s website after the results are announced.
