SEBI Grade A Salary 2024

  1. In the first year, the basic salary of a SEBI Grade A officer is ₹44,500.
  2. These are annual increments of ₹42,500.
  3. So after five years, your basic salary will be ₹54,500.
  4. 6th to 12th . for service (7 years) your basic pay will be enhanced by ₹2850 per year.
  5. So at the end of 12th year of service your basic pay will be ₹74450.
  6. EB stands for Efficiency Bonus.
  7. The next 4 annual increments are ₹ 2,850. Hence the basic pay will be reduced to ₹ 85,850.
  8. Your next annual increase in basic pay will be ₹ 3,300. This means the basic salary would be ₹ 89,150 at the end of 17 years.

  1. Training Officer:

    • Selected candidates undergo a fixed Training Program typically held at SEBI Headquarters in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

    • SEBI  Officers serve a probation period of 2 years from the time of joining.
    • Successful completion leads to permanent employment as a SEBI Officer.
  3. Bond Requirement:

    • SEBI Recruitment does not impose any bond for a fixed period of employment.
  4. Posting Locations:

    • Upon selection, officers are posted at any of the Regional Offices of SEBI located throughout India, typically in major cities.
