For Management Trainee posts, Exim Bank has introduced a range of exciting salary structures. After completing their one-year training period, the selected candidates will serve as Deputy Managers. During the training period, they will receive Rs.55,000/- per month as a stipend. According to the 11th Bipartite Settlement of the Indian Banks’ Association (IBA), Deputy Managers will be paid (Rs.36000 -1490 – 46430 -1740 – 499910 – 1990 – 63840).
