Step-1 Browse the official website of Small Industries Development Bank of India @www.sidbi.in
Step-II On the homepage, click on “Careers” appearing on the top and a new page appears with all the current recruitments.
Step-III Click on “Application for Assistant Manager ‘Grade-A’ in General Stream”.
Step-IV Now click on “SIDBI invites Applications for Recruitment of Officers in Grade ‘A’– General Stream” and now click on the “Click here to apply online”.
Step-V Now candidates have to register for the application process, choose the tab, “Click here for New Registration” and enter Name, Contact details and Email-id.
Step-VI A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen
Step-VII Now login with the Registration Number and Password and start filling in the details required in SIDBI Grade A Application Form 2022.
Step VIII Upload the required documents as per the required dimensions. Photograph (4.5 cm* 3.5 cm), signature (with black ink), left thumb impression (on white paper with black or blue ink), a handwritten declaration (on white paper with black ink).
Step-IX Pay the required application fee online and submit the duly filled application form much before the last date i.e. 28th November 2023.

The candidates must hold any of the below-mentioned degrees to be eligible to apply for SIDBI Grade A Recruitment 2023-
- Bachelor’s degree in any subject from any recognized University / Institution with a minimum of 60% marks (SC / ST / PwBD applicants – 55%) in aggregate from Universities / Institutions recognized by GoI / UGC.
- CA / CS / CWA / CFA / CMA
- Bachelor’s degree in Law / Bachelors’ Degree in Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks (SC / ST / PwBD applicants – 55%) in aggregate from Universities / Institutions recognized by GoI / UGC / AICTE.
SIDBI Grade A Work Experience
2 years in Scheduled Commercial Banks / All India Financial Institutions in areas of MSME lending (except personal loans, educational loans, Vehicle Loan, Housing Loan, etc.)
OR
3 years in systemically important NBFCs in MSME lending / Non-Individual lending / Corporate Lending.
SIDBI Grade A Age Limit (as on 08.11.2023)
The candidates of age less than 30 years are eligible to apply for SIDBI Grade A Recruitment 2023. Candidates born not earlier than 9th November 1993 are only eligible to apply online for SIDBI Grade A recruitment 2023. SIDBI Grade A Recruitment 2023 Selection Process
A candidate will be shortlisted for SIDBI Grade A Assistant Manager posts upon his/her performance in the selection stages of the SIDBI Grade A Exam 2023. There will be a Psychometric Test followed by Group Discussion and Interview. As per SIDBI Grade A Notification 2023, Group Discussion and Interview shall be held at Lucknow, Mumbai, New Delhi, Chennai and Kolkata.

The basic salary of SIDBI Grade A Assistant Manager is Rs. 44500 with a pay scale of 44500 – 2500(4) – 54500 – 2850(7) – 74450 -EB – 2850(4) – 85850 – 3300(1) – 89150 (17 years). The net SIDBI Grade A salary is approx. Rs. 90,000/- per month including dearness allowances, house rent allowances, and other benefits.
