NABFID Officer Recruitment Eligibility Criteria 2023

NABFID Officer Age Limit (As on 1st October 2023)
The age of the candidates applying for the post of NABFID Officer must be as follows:
- Minimum age: 21 years
- Maximum age: 32 years.

NABFID Officer Salary 2023
Candidates finally appointed as Analyst grade under NABFID will receive a lucrative salary as per latest 7th Pay Commission. The annual salary of an NABFID Officer will be Rs. 14,83,000, with variable pay (performance bonus) of upto 20% on fixed compensation on performance-basis. Apart from the NABFID Analyst salary, employees will also be given the following benefits –
- Compensation may be revised at suitable intervals, as approved by the Board.
- Group Insurance (Medical, Accidental & Term Life) will be provided by the Bank, which will be over and above the compensation mentioned above
