How to Check AP ECET 2024 Results?

Candidates can follow the below steps to check their results in AP ECET 2024 exam.

  1. Visit the official website i.e. sche.ap.gov.in/ECET.
  2. Click on the ‘AP ECET 2024 Result’ link.
  3. Choose the stream for which you have appeared
  4. Enter your AP ECET Registration No. and Hall Ticket number, and date of birth
  5. The result along with the rank card will be displayed on the screen.
  6. Check and download your scores for future steps.

AP ECET 2024 Qualifying Marks

To be eligible for the ensuing counselling procedure, candidates are required to secure minimum qualifying marks in AP ECET 2024.

  • The qualifying percentage marks for obtaining a rank in AP ECET is 25% of the aggregate marks in the four subjects (three subjects for B.Sc. Mathematics) i.e., 50 marks out of a total of 200.
  • However, in the case of SC/ST candidates, there shall be no minimum qualifying marks for ranking the candidates.
  • The rank obtained with the benefit of relaxation of the minimum qualifying marks at AP ECET [FDH & B.Sc.(Mathematics)]-2024 by any candidate claiming to belong to SC/ST category will be cancelled in case the claim is found to be invalid at the time of admission.

The following are the steps to download the AP ECET 2024 answer key:

  • Go to the official website – cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.
  • Click on AP ECET 2024 option.
  • Now click on the link ‘Master Question Papers with Preliminary Keys’.
  • Click on the respective stream link to download the answer key.

Steps to Raise Objections on AP ECET 2024 Answer Key

Candidates can raise objections on the preliminary answer key using the below steps:

  • Go to the official website – cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.
  • Click on AP ECET 2024 option.
  • Now click on the link ‘Key Objections’.
  • Enter your registration number, hall ticket number and mobile number.
  • File the objection and click submit.

AP ECET 2024 Merit List

  • AP ECET 2024 merit list is prepared and declared on the official website.
  • Candidates are given state-wise ranks based on their performance in the AP ECET.
  • The authority will release two merit lists viz.
    • First Merit List: Integrated Merit List, shall denote candidates’ Integrated Merit Rank. It is based on the scores obtained in the AP ECET [FDH and B.Sc (Mathematics)].
    • Second Merit List: candidates are ranked in order of merit, separately in each stream/branch of engineering.

AP EACET Tie Breaking Criteria

In case two or more aspirants end up getting the same overall score in the AP ECET, the following tie-break criteria are implemented. Given below are the course-specific tie-breaking criteria.

Engineering:

If the overall score is the same, then the following order of priority is followed until the tie is resolved.

  • Marks scored in the Engineering Subject
  • Marks scored in Mathematics
  • Marks scored in Physics
  • Age of candidates (the older candidate is ranked higher)

Pharmacy:

If the overall score is the same, then the following order of priority is followed until the tie is resolved.

  • Marks scored in the qualifying examination
  • Age of candidates (the older candidate is ranked higher)

B.Sc (Mathematics):

If the overall score is the same, then the following order of priority is followed until the tie is resolved.

  • Marks scored in Mathematics
  • Marks scored in the Qualifying Examination
  • Age of candidates (the older candidate is ranked higher)
AP ECET Cut Off

AP ECET 2024 Cut Off

AP ECET 2024 Cut Off will be released on the official website. Cut Off scores for every course are subject to change every year. Factors that affect the Cut Off Score include

  • Total number of candidates who appeared for the exam
  • Total number of candidates who have obtained the necessary qualifying marks
  • The overall difficulty level of the exam
  • Total marks/Subject wise marks obtained by topper

  2. Find and click on the ‘AP ECET 2024 Cut Off Marks’ Link.
  3. Cut Off Marks for various streams are displayed. This can be downloaded and printed.

AP ECET 2024 Counselling

The counseling procedure for AP ECET requires candidates to first register and complete the document verification process in the various helpline centers. Overall, the counseling procedure consists of three steps viz.

Step 1: Registration for Certificate Verification

Based on the rank obtained in the AP ECET 2024, candidates must report to the corresponding helpline center at 9:00 a.m. on the scheduled day for the purpose of registration. They must carry all of the necessary documents. The following steps must be taken.

  • Submit AP ECET Rank Card to the officer at the entrance.
  • Pay counseling fee (INR 1200/- Gen/OBC and INR 600/- SC/ST).
  • Obtain the Registration/Verification form, fill in necessary details and submit.
  • Wait for the rank announcement.

Step 2: Certificate Verification

Upon completion of the Registration Process, candidates are next required to complete the Certificate Verification Process.

  • When the rank is announced, candidates need to go to the indicated counter to submit all the necessary documents.
  • After the verification of all documents is completed by the authority, a receipt is given.
  • This Registration Receipt contains the Registration ID and Password required for log in to the Web Counselling Portal.

Step 3: AP ECET 2024 Web Counselling

  • The third and final stage of the AP ECET 2024 counselling procedure is web counselling.
  • Candidates can log in to the official web counseling portal using the Registration ID and Password.
  • Candidates must follow the instructions carefully and select the courses and colleges according to their preference and Submit.
  • After the allotment process is completed by the authorities, candidates will be notified via SMS and email regarding the seat allotment.

Documents Required for AP ECET Counselling

Candidates are required to carry the following documents, without fail, to the AP ECET 2024 Helpline Centers for document verification.

  4.  Provisional Diploma/Degree Certificate.
  5. SSC Certificate (as Date of Birth Proof)
  6. Aadhar Card
  7. Study Certificate of Grade 4 to Diploma (9th class to a degree in case of B.Sc) along with the Certificate of Residence during the period
  8. Residential Certificate of father/mother indicating residence at AP/Telangana for a period of 10 years excluding the period of employment outside Telangana/Andhra Pradesh (if applicable)
  9. Community/Caste Certificate (if applicable)
  10. Income certificate issued on or after 01.01.2024
  11. PH certificate (if applicable)
  12. Minority Status Certificate (if applicable)
  13. NCC and Sports Certificates issued by a recognized authority (if applicable)

AP ECET 2024 Seat Allotment

AP ECET 2024 Seat Allotment for round 1 has been released on July 25. Candidates can check their allotted seats on the official website.

  • Admission to 85 percent of the seats in each course is reserved for the local candidates.
  • And the remaining 15 percent of the unreserved seats as specified in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulations and Admissions) Order, 1974 as subsequently amended.
  • The lateral entry seats in the case of Un-Aided Private Professional institutions (Minority and non-Minority) are 20 percent over and above the sanctioned intake into the course.
  • In the case of University Colleges, the lateral entry seats are 10 percent over and above the sanctioned intake into the course.
