ICG Navik GD Selection Process 2024
The ICG Navik GD Recruitment 2024 selection process involves several stages:
Computer-Based Written Exam:
Applicants will participate in a test conducted on a computer to assess their knowledge and skills.

Physical and Assessment/Adaptability Tests:
Candidates will undergo physical tests to evaluate their fitness and suitability. Additionally, there will be assessments to gauge their adaptability.

Note: Candidates undergoing PFT should be in possession of sports rig (Shoe, T-shirt, Trouser, etc.) and participate at their own risk. All three tests of the Physical Fitness Test (PFT) must be completed consecutively without any breaks. Taking a break during these three tests will result in failing the PFT.
Document Verification:
- All information in the online application must match the original documents.
- Original documents include Class 10th/Class 12th/Diploma mark sheets, identity proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID Card, Driving License, or Passport), category certificate, and individual subject and aggregate marks/CGPA (if applicable).
- Any inconsistency with the provided information, uploaded documents, and originals during Stage-II verification regarding name, date of birth, parent’s name, subject-wise marks/CGPA, document validity, and category certificate details will result in document verification failure and cancellation of candidature.
- Document issue dates must be on or before the application closing date, and document validity should extend at least until February 28, 2025.
- False declarations in the online application will lead to the cancellation of candidature.
Medical Examination:
- A Medical Officer will assess candidates’ fitness based on standard medical criteria, declaring them fit or unfit.
- Unfit candidates seeking an appeal should go to a designated medical center within 21 days of the recruitment medical examination.
- Only a specialist opinion from a military hospital is valid during the appeal. The decision of the appeal medical examination is final, and there is no further right to appeal at any other hospital.
ICG Navik GD Exam Pattern
The examination consists of two sections, each with specific subjects and time limits. Section I, with a maximum of 60 marks, focuses on Maths, Science, English, Reasoning, and GK from Class 10th syllabus. Section II, with 50 marks, covers Maths and Physics from Class 12th syllabus. Passing marks vary for different categories.
