The Karnataka PGCET eligibility for the MBA, MCA, M.E., M.Tech, M.Arch. are as follows:

Karnataka PGCET Eligibility Criteria for MBA

  • Full-Time MBA: Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of recognized Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. A minimum of 50% aggregate marks are required, and 45% marks for SC, ST, and Category-I of Karnataka candidates).
  • Part-Time MBA: Students passing out with 3 years of Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution, with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks, are eligible. SC, ST, and Category-I candidates require a minimum of 45% aggregate marks. Aspirants are also required to have prior 3 years of work experience as of July 31, 2023.

Karnataka PGCET Eligibility Criteria for MCA

Candidates passing out with a BCA / Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent Degree are applicable for MCA. Passing with B.Sc. / B.Com / B.A. with Mathematics at 10 + 2 or at Graduation level, having 50% aggregate marks are also considered. Reserved category candidates, like SC, ST, and Category-I require 45% marks.

Karnataka PGCET Eligibility Criteria for M.E. / M.Tech / M.Arch.

  • Full-Time: Students require a valid GATE score or a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with 50% aggregate marks. Minimum 45% aggregate marks required by SC, ST, and Category-I candidates.
  • Part-Time: Candidates must carry a 3-year Bachelor’s degree with 50% aggregate marks. Reserved category candidates must possess a minimum of 45% aggregate marks. Students must also have a minimum of 3 years of work experience as of July 31, 2023.
