Eligibility Criteria for Officers for Corresponding Posts in Central Government
- Current Position:
- Officers working in Central Government Offices holding analogous posts in Level 11/12 of the Pay Matrix on a regular basis are eligible for the corresponding post.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Managerial and Interpersonal Skills: Officers must demonstrate strong managerial and interpersonal skills.
- Liaison Capabilities: Ability to effectively liaise with other organizations, Ministries, departments, and think tanks.
- Noting and Drafting Skills: Proficiency in noting and drafting, along with strong communication abilities.
- Previous Experience:
- Position Held: Officers should have served as Under Secretary, Deputy Secretary, or an equivalent level in Ministries, departments, attached, or subordinate offices in the Government of India.
- Specialized Experience: Previous experience in handling issues related to International Cooperation, Foreign Trade, or International Multilateral Organizations within the Government of India.
- Policy Formulation and Implementation: Requisite experience in policy formulation and implementation is essential.
